Tai Ji Quan (TJQ, AKA Tai Chi Chuan) is a type of Chinese Internal Martial Arts practiced for both self defense and health benefits. It has been part of Chinese martial arts culture since the 16th Century.
Mr. Ke Zang, AKA "Master Z" or "Dr. Zang" teaches Tai Ji Quan for health and wellness and Tai Ji Quan or Chinese Kung Fu based Self-defense. Please check our class schedule and see what class will fit your needs.
