Many nationals including U.S. citizens must obtain a visa prior to arrival in China and passports must have at least six months validity remaining. It is highly recommended that participants send visa applications at LEAST one month prior to our departure. Be sure to visit the Chinese embassy website for related information. U.S. citizens may visit the U.S. State Department website for the latest travel advisories related to China. Participants from other countries may contact your local Chinese embassies.
As needed, participants must apply for a visa and purchase international plane tickets to Beijing through their travel agents or by themselves. Summit Tai Ji Academy is not a travel agent, but offers assistance for applications for China visas and the purchase of international plane tickets through travel agents with an additional fee of $200 per person.
It is also highly recommended that participants understand the health and vaccination protocols outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and have travel insurance and overseas health insurance.
